Job summary

Bishopstrow Hotel is seeking an energetic Breakfast Manager to run the morning service for our restaurant, indoor and outdoor spaces, and terrace. You’ll oversee a team, ensuring rosette-standard service and a warm, welcoming start to every guest’s day.

You’ll lead by example, train staff on service journeys, monitor health and allergen safety, and collaborate with the Restaurant & Bar Manager to deliver a memorable guest experience across our Wiltshire property.

Qualifications

• Experience in Rosette service.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Ability to lead and train a hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily breakfast operations in the restaurant, indoor/outdoor spaces and terrace.
• Lead and train a team across outlets, with cross-training for retention and talent attraction.
• Ensure guests receive attentive, efficient service and a memorable start to their day.

As Breakfast Manager what you’ll be doing:

Supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager in the daily breakfast operation of our Restaurant, indoor and outdoor function spaces, and wonderful terrace.

In this role you will work 40 hours a week over 5 days, providing you with 2 days off to recharge and enjoy a balanced lifestyle.

Managing a team of engaged individuals across multiple outlets including cross training and knowledge growth to increase retention and attract new talent

Focus on the experience, whether that be your team members or our guests, we want everyone to return with a smile and a little splash of zest

Be that welcome start to the day for our resident guests wither they want quick efficient service or a lazy morning with some care and attention

With your experience in Rosette service, high levels of communication skills, passion for the ultimate guest experience and the ability to manage the team effectively, you will be instrumental in laying a ‘path of success’ for our F&B teams

Take pride in looking after your guests and team by training all team members on the service journey and ensuring industry and legal standards are fulfilled for health and safety and allergen awareness
