Job summary

Heeton Concept Hotels in Leeds is seeking a Breakfast Host/Chef to deliver breakfast service at Hampton by Hilton standards. You will cook, present and replenish items, keep the breakfast area clean, and support restaurant duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own your kitchen – manage supplies and minimise waste.
• Prepare, cook and serve breakfast to brand standards.
• Restock the breakfast buffet to ensure adequate supplies.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and hygienic.
• Assist with restaurant duties and cross-train to Reception when needed.
• Ensure guests have a great breakfast experience.

As Breakfast Host/Chef, your passion for presentation and dedication to delivering flavour will complete each guest’s experience. By taking pride in your workspace and keeping your standards high you’ll ensure each guest a memorable breakfast at our hotel. You will also serve food to our guests in the restaurant.

Your day-to-day

• Own your kitchen – keep on top of supplies and equipment, and minimise waste
• Help create a safe space by following our safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipment
• Prepare, cook and serve breakfast to Hampton by Hilton brand standards
• Restock the breakfast buffet to ensure our guests always have adequate supplies
• Be cleaner than clean – meet and exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws
• Washing up and other kitchen duties when needed
• Wear your uniform with pride
• Help clear guest tables
• Restock condiments and cutlery ensuring supplies never run short
• Keep the restaurant clean and tidy to welcome our guests
• Take on other ad-hoc duties when the whole team needs to pull together
• You may be cross trained to assist the Reception team
• Ensure guests leave the restaurant having had a great breakfast experience
