Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is hiring a Breakfast Food & Beverage Team Member for Hyatt Place Leeds in Leeds. The role is flexi-part time (approximately 20 hours per week) with early start shifts from 5:30 am.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve breakfast, and help keep the dining area clean and well-stocked. Experience in Food & Beverage is not essential, but a passion for guest service and brand standards is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering a great guest experience and living brand standards.
• Strong communication skills to engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Team player with ability to support colleagues across the hotel.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, organised dining area.
• Availability for early starts from 5:30 am and flexibility for shifts.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests warmly, taking orders, serving food and beverages.
• Replenishing the breakfast buffet and handling payments.
• Maintaining a clean and organised dining area and restocking supplies.
• Assist with food preparation as needed and setting up for lunch/dinner services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Aimbridge's four pillars.
