Job summary

The Met Hotel Leeds, part of RBH Hospitality Management, is seeking a Breakfast Host who brings energy, warmth and a passion for hospitality. You’ll be the first friendly face guests meet, greet them, help with seating, and keep the breakfast service flowing with a sunny, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Confidence, friendliness, and the ability to make guests feel welcome.
• Morning person; reliable, positive, and switched-on from the get-go.
• Ability to work efficiently, stay organised, and think on your feet.
• Hosting or F&B experience is a bonus, but not essential; training will be provided.
• Love for food and hospitality, with awareness of current trends in service and menu offerings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and set a positive tone for breakfast service.
• Manage flow of breakfast, seating, and guest interactions to ensure a smooth start to the day.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented breakfast area, restock, and monitor stations.
• Answer guest questions, offer recommendations, and communicate dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Assist with closing tasks and prepare the space for the next day.
