Job summary

Provide Education & Teachers UK is seeking an enthusiastic Breakfast Club Assistant & Midday Supervisor for a partnered Primary School in NG23. You will start with breakfast club supervision from 7:15am to 9:00am and return for midday supervision from 12:00pm to 13:15pm.

The role is temporary to permanent, focusing on creating a safe, inclusive environment for children and liaising with parents and staff. The ideal candidate has experience with children, a caring and patient attitude, and strong

Requirement: Must have a DBS on the updated service or willing to pay for one.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to work at a partnered Primary School in NG23 as a breakfast club assistant and then return to school as a midday supervisor on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties include:

• Supervise and support children during breakfast and lunchtime.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children
• Encourage positive behavior and provide support in social activities
• Support the children with activities such as reading, crafts, games, and outdoor play
• Ensure students’ safety and well-being at all times
• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff

The successful candidates will:

• Previous experience working with children (school setting or childcare environment is desirable)
• A caring, patient, and approachable attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Typical Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:15am to 9am for Brekafast club
• Return to school
• Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 13:15pm for Lunchtime cover
