Job summary

Trading Post Coffee Roasters in Brighton is seeking a passionate Chef to join our growing group. You will deliver exceptional food that is in line with our standards and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will be confident across multiple sections and motivated to achieve top service and food quality through teamwork. Only those eligible to work in the UK or with a valid UK work permit will be considered.

• Ensure the reputation for excellent food and service is upheld at all times
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
• Support in all areas of the kitchen as required
• Undertake regular training and always be striving for self-improvement
• Work to support a busy team and take an active part in contributing to team-driven results

We are looking for a passionate Chef who thrives under pressure and is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and growing group.

As a Chef you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food that is in line with our standards. You will be confident working in multiple sections and driven to achieve the best service results and food quality through effectively communicating and working with the rest of the team
