No.4 Clifton Village, part of Quarter hospitality group, is seeking a part-time Breakfast Chef to join the Clifton Village kitchen. This mornings-only role offers 10 hours per week over two morning shifts, typically weekends with midweek work to permit a weekend off.

You’ll cook and plate breakfast for hotel guests, with dishes like eggs benedict and waffles, and have autonomy in a small team. Great for experienced chefs seeking early starts and work-life balance.

Early riser? Love the quiet buzz of a well run kitchen before the city wakes up? We’re looking for a Breakfast Chef (part time) to join our team at No.4 Clifton Village - part of Bristol’s independent Quarter hospitality group in Clifton.

This is a mornings‑only Breakfast Chef role offers part time hours (10 hours per week, worked over 2 short morningshifts), perfect for an experienced chef who wants their late afternoons and evenings free.

Key info for the part time Breakfast Chef position

£13 per hour

10 hours per week, typically worked over 2 morning shifts

Your shifts will fall on a rota basis, but you should expect to work mainly weekends with mid week shifts worked on occasion to facilitate a weekend off!

Based at No.4 Clifton Village, the restaurant within the Rodney Hotel in Clifton Village - you'll be cooking and plating breakfast to order for our hotel guests, including cooked breakfasts, eggs benedict, waffles etc.

What you’ll be doing as Breakfast Chef

Running the breakfast service at No.4 Clifton Village (for guests of the Rodney Hotel) 2 mornings a week (overtime available on occasion)

Preparing, cooking and plating classic fresh breakfasts to order - not a hot buffet

Working as solo chef for the breakfast service, managing the cooking and prep independently, maintaining speed and quality

Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next day's team
