Soho House in West London is seeking a Breakfast Chef for White City House. You will own early‑morning operations and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, beautifully presented breakfast dishes.

Responsibilities include mise en place, coordinating with FOH/B OH teams, and supporting junior staff. The role requires 2+ years in a similar setting; shifts include weekends and holidays, with excellent health and safety standards expected.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity in a busy, high‑profile venue.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Health and safety awareness.
• Flexible to weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of all breakfast dishes to the highest standards, ensuring quality, presentation and timing.
• Complete mise en place before service.
• Maintain professional attitude and health and safety compliance.
• Attend meetings with front and back of house to learn menu/service changes.
• Support junior team members and collaborative work.
• Assist in team meals and accommodate dietary needs.
• Take responsibility for breakfast section and post‑service clean‑down.
• Wrap unused items and store correctly after service.
