Titanic Hotel Belfast is seeking a Breakfast Chef to lead the breakfast service and ensure the kitchen operates smoothly, safely and efficiently. You will manage mise-en-place for your section, support the Executive Chef, and uphold high hygiene standards in a historic luxury setting.

Qualificações

• Right to work in the UK
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for mise-en-place for your designated section.
• Oversee breakfast kitchen service and timing.
• Assist Executive Chef and Sous Chefs with ordering requirements.
• Train Commis Chefs in job requirements.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships within the brigade.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
