Rick Stein Sandbanks is seeking a reliable Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team. You will prepare high-quality breakfast dishes, set up the kitchen for service, and help maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in a professional kitchen and breakfast service.
• Strong focus on fresh ingredients and brand standards.
• Ability to work early morning shifts with good organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes to brand standards
• Setting up and organising the kitchen for a smooth breakfast service
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared consistently and presented beautifully
• Managing breakfast prep, including breads, pastries, and hot dishes
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Managing stock, labelling, rotation, and minimising waste
• Ensuring efficient service during busy morning periods
• Supporting the training and development of junior team members
• Assisting with prep for later services where required
