Hotel, located in the village of Braemar in the heart of the Cairngorms
National Park, is recruiting an experienced Breakfast Chef de Partie to
join the team!

Role Responsibilities

As Breakfast Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:

• The smooth, safe, and efficient running of the breakfast service.
• Ensuring the mis-en-place is ready for service, including the breakfast buffet and hot section.
• Ensuring the quality of food is of the exceptional standard expected when dining at the hotel.
• Ensuring the Executive Chef is kept aware of any relevant feedback from guests or team.
• Assisting on other sections or helping with other duties when required.
• Preparing daily order forms, considering stock usage, menu planning, and business levels.
• Maintaining cleanliness, stock control, organization, and standards of the section.

Candidate Requirements

Our successful Breakfast Chef de Partie will have:

• Proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• A true passion for food.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Good kitchen and knife skills.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and food safety guidelines.
