Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a Breakfast Chef/Catering Assistant in Carlisle to deliver a full breakfast service on Saturdays and Sundays from 6am to 11:30am, and to support a FOH role on Mondays from 7am to 2pm. It’s a permanent role with opportunities to contribute to a busy hospitality operation.

You will bring cooking experience and knowledge of food safety management, delivering high culinary standards while supporting team initiatives and maintaining a welcoming service environment.

Qualifications

• Must have cooking experience and knowledge of food safety management.

Responsibilities

• Cook full breakfast service on weekends (Sat & Sun) from 6:00 to 11:30.
• Also work as a FOH team member on Mondays from 7:00 to 14:00.

Job Description

Experienced Catering Assistant Required to Cook a full Breakfast Service on a Saturday & Sunday 6am until 11.30am, Also to work as a FOH person on a Monday 7am to 2pm. Permanent position
