Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our hotel kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items, contributing to the guest’s first impression of the day and the overall dining experience.

Shifts start as early as 5am with 40 hours per week across 5 days. Flexibility for varied shifts and weekend work is required, with opportunities for internal development and brand training as part of our apprenticeship and progression programs.

• Prepare and serve breakfast items as part of the hotel kitchen team.
• Work early shifts starting as early as 5am and maintain high quality hospitality service.
• Support the brand’s guest experience through professional breakfast service.

Job description

£13.21 per hour + service charge. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

As a pivotal member of our Hotel's kitchen team, you'll be serving up the most important meal of the day and perhaps, the lasting impression of our guests stay.

You will already be an experienced Breakfast Chef, someone who is a morning person – our breakfast shifts start as early as 5am - self-motivated and able to work under pressure are key attributes of a successful candidate.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
