Job summary

St Petroc’s Bistro in Padstow, United Kingdom, is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team. You’ll prepare high-quality breakfast dishes to brand standards and set up a smooth service, with opportunities for growth within the team.

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (breakfast experience desirable).

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes to brand standards
• Setting up and organising the kitchen for a smooth breakfast service
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared consistently and presented beautifully
• Managing breakfast prep, including breads, pastries, and hot dishes
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Managing stock, labelling, rotation, and minimising waste
• Ensuring efficient service during busy morning periods
• Supporting the training and development of junior team members
• Assisting with prep for later services where required
