As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering all breakfast items, cooking and serving dishes to the highest standards with precision and care. You will also support the kitchen team with mise en place for lunch and dinner services.

Job Details:

Type: Full Time - Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing food and service to a high standard for all breakfast areas, assisting senior chefs with functions in other areas as needed.
• Coordinating with team members to plan for food provision across all kitchen areas.
• Ensuring smooth daily operations without disruption to the menu.
• Managing stock levels, including ordering and waste control.
• Maintaining consistent presentation standards set by senior chefs.
• Complying with legal requirements, including fire safety, security, licensing, and local authority regulations.
• Adhering to health, hygiene, and safety standards, including personal hygiene practices.
• Taking initiative and demonstrating teamwork.
• Organizing tasks efficiently and working under pressure to handle unforeseen circumstances.
• Maintaining a positive, cooperative attitude and working flexible hours as required by the business.
