Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott London Tower Bridge in London is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our busy hotel kitchen. You will prepare and cook continental breakfast with a selection of hot items for guests, while ensuring food safety, hygiene and presentation standards are met.

You will work in a dynamic team, with flexible hours and on-site shifts. The role offers training, progression opportunities and employee benefits as outlined in our hospitality program.

Qualifications

• Core skills include team collaboration, punctuality, reliability, and a flexible approach.
• Experience in hospitality is helpful but not essential.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices is expected.

We are looking for self-motivated, proactive and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our Truly Talented kitchen team!

Our ideal candidate

We want to hear from inspired chefs who are able to prepare and cook continental breakfast with a selection of hot items for our hotel guests. The chef is repsonsible for ensuring that all food is prepared safely, kitchen operations run smoothly, and the hotel's food safety, hygiene and presentation standards are consistently maintained.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.

• Previous experience within hospitality or service-based industry would be ideal but not essential
