Accor is seeking a reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. The role suits someone who enjoys a busy kitchen and takes pride in consistently high-quality food, with early morning shifts (5:30am–2:00pm) and a pay rate of £15.26 per hour plus service charge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual, with ability to work early mornings.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Organised and able to work efficiently during busy periods.
• A positive attitude and pride in producing great food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present breakfast dishes to a high standard.
• Ensure breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy kitchen, takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food, and is comfortable working early mornings.

Hours: 5:30am – 2:00pm
Position: Full Time

Pay: £15.26 per hour plus service charge

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and presenting breakfast dishes to a high standard
• Ensuring breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently
• Preparing ingredients and completing mise en place for service
• Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and portion control
• Following food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen procedures
• Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean, organised and well stocked
• Monitoring stock levels and minimising food waste
• Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Assisting with preparation for the following day's service

Qualifications
