ABode Canterbury is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our stylish 72-bedroom boutique hotel on Canterbury High Street. You’ll be part of a passionate team, serving delicious dishes and contributing to a high standard of hospitality.
Working in a dynamic kitchen, you’ll run your own section, develop knife skills, and learn from senior chefs while staying up to date with allergen training and kitchen safety. Flexible and team-focused, with good opportunities in a boutique hotel group.
Location: ABode Canterbury is a stylish, four AA star 72-bedroom boutique hotel on Canterbury High Street, which houses our own restaurant brand, Brasserie ABode. For the commuters, Canterbury East and West train stations are just a few minutes’ walk away. SERVICE CHARGE-We pay our team service charge each month! This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel-every penny received is paid out to the team. Service charge can be in the region of £115 a month (around £1375 per year) over and above base pay for a full time employee.
