Job summary

Walcot House, part of The Walcot Group Limited in Bath, is hiring a Breakfast Chef to join our growing team. You will prepare and cook breakfast to the high-quality standards our venues are known for.

The role involves opening the kitchen, fridge management, stock rotation, ordering and health and safety checks, with 6-8 hour shifts from 8am to 4pm and 40 hours a week. Driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in high quality food preparation - minimum one year.
• Passion for seasonal produce and healthy nutritious foods
• Work well under pressure during busy breakfast service
• Have great organisational skills
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver the breakfast menu to the standard set by our Head Chef
• Once breakfast service is finished, prepare for the following day as well as support the team set up for Lunch service

We’re hiring: Breakfast Chef @ Walcot House

Walcot House is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our growing team. The Breakfast Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking food to the high quality specifications and standards expected at Walcot House.

What we’re after:

• Prepare and deliver the breakfast menu to the standard set by our Head Chef


• Once breakfast service is finished, prepare for the following day as well as support the team set up for Lunch service.
