MOTLEY at YOTEL Manchester Deansgate is seeking a part-time Breakfast Assistant to join our team. You will ensure breakfast service runs smoothly and deliver the highest standards of guest service in a welcoming environment.

You will work mornings, Monday to Sunday, with variable days. The role requires a friendly, professional attitude, strong teamwork, and a passion for hospitality to support guests in the restaurant and bar areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in the hotel restaurant, bar, and event spaces.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining areas.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently.
• Support the team with stock management and replenishment.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Uphold health and safety regulations at all times.
