Job summary

Sherpa Kids is hiring a Breakfast and After School Club Manager for Clapham Manor Primary School, London. The role runs Monday to Friday with early morning and late afternoon sessions and paid extra hours during holidays and promotions, on a permanent 52-week contract.

Lead staff, coordinate with the school and parents, and drive bookings while ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for children. DBS required; references will be requested.

• Full-time
• Compensation: GBP 13 - GBP 14 - hourly

Location: Clapham Manor Primary School, Belmont Rd, London, SW4 0BZ

Contract: Permanent 52 week contract

Operational Hours: Monday - Friday 7:45am - 9:00am & 3.30pm- 6.00pm - Extra Hours paid during half term and when promoting club

Pay: up to £14 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage, direct and support staff in their delivery of a safe and effective programme
• Ensure effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations
• Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children while inspiring them to explore their interests
• Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm
• Implement protocols and policies with team members
• Create unexpected experiences which make people go 'WOW!'
• Bring unique talents and skills to the role

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. You must provide two references, one from your most recent employer and the other from a childcare setting (if applicable).
