Job summary

Bauer Media Group is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage the planning, organisation and delivery of branded video productions in a busy, fast-paced department in Central London. You will coordinate shoots, crews and suppliers, maintain documentation, and support on-set operations to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Coordination within a video production environment or a film production degree (or similar).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of production processes across digital, video and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan branded video shoots and manage logistics including locations, permits, catering and crew.
• Coordinate freelancers and suppliers, create call sheets and risk assessments, ensure documentation is in place.
