As our Brand Studio Production Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing, owning, and implementing the strategy for Dr.Martens in-house Productions
  • Planning and organising topline seasonal production schedules
  • Evaluating and allocating production resource ensuring effective distribution of tasks between internal production teams, freelance support and production partners whilst serving as a key resource for selected productions.
  • Budget management
  • Facilitating the dialogue between Producers and the Creative teams for art buying and crew selection; putting forward suggestions for talent and crew where needed

  • Experience managing international shoot productions
  • A passionate leader who sets the tone for Dr.Martens’ Brand Studio productions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of production workflows, from content capture and CGI to retouching, grading, video, and sound editing
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to inspire in-house and freelance teams
