Zapp, London's leading premium convenience platform, seeks a Director, Founder's Office to translate the Founder’s vision into a world-class brand and market-leading presence. You will shape strategy, storytelling, and partnerships with a brand-first lens.

You will orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Commercial, and Product, manage flagship projects, and protect the Founder’s time while embedding the brand DNA into daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in brand strategy or senior growth roles in high-growth brands.
• Deep knowledge of premium lifestyle branding and market positioning.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and C-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional storytelling with executive-level communication.
• Data-informed, creative decision making with strong judgment and discretion.
