About the role

This role is not eligible for internal transfers. As a Brand Sponsored Partner, you will be inspired and empowered to seek opportunities to achieve the right outcomes for our customers. You will work with colleagues, the Brand, and the Team Manager to generate sales and enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will maintain excellent shop standards through displays, stock availability, and cleanliness. Understanding your customers will enable you to provide the best service and build their loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent and market-leading customer experiences.
  • Put the customer at the centre by proactively acknowledging them, identifying their needs, and ensuring these are met, resolving queries or complaints.
  • Engage customers with the John Lewis brand and the supported Brand through personalised and social marketing.
  • Be aware of best sellers and sales performance to drive promotions and seasonal changes.
  • Support marketing events to increase footfall and attract new customers.
  • Maximise productivity by suggesting continuous improvements.
Essential skills/experience you'll need
  • Basic IT literacy skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
Desirable skills/experience you may have
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed but not essential; training will be provided.
