Job summary

Unilever Prestige Hub Brands is seeking a Brand Specialist to represent Tatcha in Belfast on a part-time basis within Sephora. You’ll deliver expert consultations, drive sales, and collaborate with store teams to ensure premium brand presentation.

As a luxury beauty ambassador, you’ll engage customers, support launches, and help create memorable in-store experiences across your Belfast territory.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Brand Specialist to join our dynamic field sales team.
Representing Tatcha, the modern Japanese luxury skincare brand inspired by timeless beauty rituals you'll inspire customers with expert product knowledge and exceptional service.

This role is a Part -Time (3 days flexible days) Belfast-based role within Sephora.

What You'll Do-

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised consultations and expert product recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets and KPI objectives, contributing to the continued growth of the brand.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with retail teams and store managers.
• Educate and coach store teams, building their confidence in our brands and products.
• Support product launches, in-store events, and brand activations.
• Maintain high standards of brand presentation and execution across your territory.
• Share feedback and insights to help enhance the customer experience and drive business performance.
