Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize is seeking a dynamic Social Content Marketing Executive to lead our social media strategy and content creation. You will manage content calendars, schedule posts across major platforms, and ensure our brand voice stays consistent across campaigns.

You will film and edit short-form content, collaborate with in-house teams, and help grow engagement worldwide. Join a brand with a flexible working approach and a vibrant Notting Hill studio presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a social media or content creation role.
• Experience within fashion, beauty, or retail is preferable.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and emerging social media trends.
• Hands-on experience in content creation, including filming, photography, and editing short-form video.
• Experience working collaboratively with creative teams, studios, photographers and videographers.
• Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Excellent copywriting skills for engaging brand content.
• Experience planning and managing social media content calendars.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the brand's social media strategy across channels and maintain tone of voice.
• Own and manage the weekly social media content calendar from briefing to scheduling.
• Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and other platforms with accurate assets and links.
• Update international content platforms and adapt assets for global markets.
• Plan content around seasonal moments and brand campaigns to boost engagement.
• Brief the Creative team with clear direction to reflect the brand identity and deadlines.
• Create fresh, social-first content across platforms and formats (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
• Support social shoots, briefs, shot lists, product sourcing and content requirements.
• Contribute to TikTok strategy and ensure consistent platform content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Buying, Digital and Retail teams to activate campaigns.
• Coordinate with Paid Media to align social content with campaign objectives.
• Manage community engagement and respond to comments in a timely, friendly manner.
• Coordinate creator content for organic channels and ensure proper usage across platforms.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports detailing growth, engagement, and traffic.
• Analyze performance, trends, and audience behavior to optimise future activity.
