Humankind Global Recruitment is seeking an SEO Specialist in Manchester with hybrid working, 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, and a passion for driving organic growth. You will own the complete SEO strategy for a major brand, collaborating with the client's marketing team and our in-house SEO experts to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven growth in organic traffic and conversions
• Experience embedding within marketing teams and collaborating with content, conversion, and paid teams
• Strong understanding of modern SEO practices including AI optimization and emerging search tech
• Ability to create executive-level performance reports and actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Own complete SEO strategy for the brand and drive organic growth
• Optimize for AI-driven search evolution across content and technical elements
• Lead technical audits and site-structure optimization with development teams
• Manage multi-site and multi-regional SEO across brand properties
• Deliver multi-level reporting for marketing teams and senior leadership
• Lead cross-department collaboration to embed SEO in campaigns
• Manage SEO budget and oversee external agencies for link building and digital PR
