Job summary

CHERY UK is seeking a highly motivated Brand and Partnerships Manager to join our growing marketing team. You will lead brand campaigns, manage partnerships and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will coordinate with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders, drive campaigns from concept to delivery, and help accelerate growth in the UK market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 5-6 years in marketing, brand management or partnerships.
• Experience in automotive, lifestyle or consumer brands.
• Experience managing external agencies and partners with integrated campaigns.
• Strong PM and stakeholder coordination with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong presentation-building skills.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset to drive projects.
• Understanding of digital, ATL, CRM, PR and retail marketing.
• Experience with sponsorships or sports marketing activations.
• Experience with reporting/analytics tools like GA or similar.
• Experience in a start-up or rapidly growing business environment.
• Holding a Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact with agencies, delivering content and assets for national campaigns.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social, CRM, retail and experiential channels.
• Ensure brand guidelines and consistent tone of voice across all touchpoints.
• Support development of brand strategy and UK market positioning.
• Develop campaign briefs and manage projects to on-time delivery within budgets.
• Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations.
• Assist in creating presentations and business cases for senior leadership.
