Role: Brand Partnerships Lead

We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Lead to join as one of the first key hires at Postcod.

You’ll be responsible for securing partnerships with brands to stock their products in our zonal partner stores — helping turn these stores into efficient micro-fulfillment hubs.

What You’ll Do

Lead all brand outreach, negotiations, and onboarding

Close stocking partnerships with FMCG, beverage, or D2C brands

Manage in-store brand activations and product visibility

Shape zonal stocking and category growth strategy

Collaborate across ops, product, and delivery

You Should Apply If:
  • 2–5 years in BD / retail / FMCG / q-commerce / brand partnerships
  • You can close deals fast and keep relationships strong
  • You want to build something from zero and move at startup speed
Pre-Funding Phase

This is a pre-funding position:

You’ll sign a Letter of Intent to join full-time post-funding

You can stay in your current job until funding is secured

Mandatory for Immediate Selection:

Once you apply, we will assign you a zone in London. To be immediately shortlisted, you must secure a partnership with a local store in that zone to help us begin pilot operations.
