Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Partnership Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This performance-driven role is perfect for a results-orientated professional who thrives in building meaningful relationships between luxury brands and our affluent audience. You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic brand partnerships that align with The Sybarite's premium positioning.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development
  • Identify and prospect high-value luxury brands across travel, hospitality, fashion, beauty, automotive, and lifestyle sectors
  • Develop compelling partnership proposals that demonstrate clear value propositions for potential brand partners
  • Negotiate partnership terms, rates, and deliverables that benefit both The Sybarite and partner brands
  • Create customized partnership packages including content creation, social media campaigns, event collaborations, and digital advertising
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing directors, and agency partners
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all partnership communications and campaign execution
  • Ensure seamless delivery of partnership commitments and exceed client expectations
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with existing partners to drive renewal and expansion
Strategic Collaboration
  • Work closely with editorial, creative, and social media teams to ensure brand partnerships align with content strategy
  • Collaborate on integrated campaigns that authentically showcase partner brands within The Sybarite's editorial framework
  • Develop innovative partnership concepts that differentiate The Sybarite in the luxury media landscape
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor partnerships to identify new opportunities
Performance Analysis
  • Track and report on partnership performance metrics including reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI
  • Analyse campaign effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations for optimisation
  • Maintain detailed records of all partnership activities, contracts, and performance data
  • Present quarterly partnership reviews and growth strategies to leadership team
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or luxury brand marketing
  • Proven track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships (minimum £10K+ deals)
  • Strong existing network within luxury brands, agencies, or premium lifestyle sectors
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics, social media platforms, and content marketing
  • Experience working with media kits, rate cards, and partnership proposals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in luxury hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle industries
  • Experience with influencer marketing and content creator partnerships
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and sponsored content best practices
  • Previous work with premium lifestyle publications or luxury e-commerce platforms
  • International brand partnership experience
