Responsibilities

• Direct creative output across teams to shape big ideas with clarity, beauty and boldness.
• Align creative work with brand strategy and long-term ambitions to sharpen output.
• Oversee studio process and resourcing to protect work and people across multiple streams.
• Foster collaboration, inclusion, high standards and mutual support within the team.
• Coach and mentor team leads and emerging talent to step up with consistent guidance.
• Balance creative ambition with commercial awareness and project constraints.
