Job summary

JDO UK is seeking an exceptional Associate Creative Director with branding and packaging experience, ideally in Personal Care but spanning alcohol and beauty. You will lead major creative work, uphold quality, and guide teams through complex projects with strategic insight and care.

You’ll oversee creative direction, collaborate across studios, mentor talent and champion smart use of AI while maintaining project integrity and schedule. Hybrid 3-days in-office in Tunbridge Wells or London.

• Experience leading projects end to end at Associate Creative Director level.
• Ability to manage creative direction while earning trust from clients and teams.
