As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Brand Operations Manager to join our Portsmouth team. This is a key role designed to keep the day-to-day running smoothly, allowing the creative and strategic sides of the business to move faster with fewer obstacles. You’ll work directly with the founder, supporting across logistics, communication, and internal problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily operations management:Oversee the flow of product and information across couriers, suppliers, and retail partners (like Harrods). Ensure smooth processes and flag anything that might disrupt momentum.
  • Inbox filtering and opportunity handling:Evaluate incoming influencer, salon and collaboration requests. Use clear judgement to assess potential value and handle responses accordingly.
  • Customer tone-of-voice oversight:Review how the team is speaking to customers in email, DMs, and comments. Maintain consistency with the brand's tone and suggest improvements where needed.
  • Weekly reporting:Deliver a short, clear summary each week of issues raised, how they were resolved, customer wins, complaint trends, stock risks, and anything else relevant to future planning.
  • Problem-solving and autonomy:Be the person who looks things up, finds answers, and makes decisions without having to escalate every challenge. The goal is to keep things off the founder's plate wherever possible.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, ideally in the beauty, fashion, or premium e-commerce space.
  • A sharp eye for gaps, errors, or things that are “off” and the initiative to fix them.
  • Strong communication skills – you know how to write clearly, warmly, and confidently.
  • Organised. You write things down. You remember. You follow through.
  • Someone calm under pressure, emotionally mature, and loyal to the vision without trying to shape it.
  • Experience managing external partnerships and solving problems quickly behind the scenes.

This Role Is Not For You If:

  • You need constant reminders to stay on task.
  • You see admin or logistics as “beneath you.”
  • You expect to shape the brand's direction.
  • You don't take feedback well or find it difficult to switch gears quickly.
