Nouvita Healthcare is opening Coniston House, a new mental health service in Camberley. You will join a founding staff team delivering person-centred care to men in a therapeutic residential setting, shaping culture from day one and supporting residents toward recovery.

Qualifications

• One year of support work experience preferred, especially in mental health.
• Willingness to develop through training and progression.
• Good IT literacy and ability to use electronic care systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to men with mental health needs.
• Support residents with daily living, independence, activities and community engagement.
• Work with multidisciplinary team to implement recovery plans.
• Keep accurate records using electronic care systems.
• Contribute to a positive, recovery-focused environment as part of founding staff.
