BRAND MARKETING MANAGER ( ONLINE STREETWEAR BRAND )

EAST LONDON

UP TO £60K

4 DAYS HEAD OFFICE BASED

Role Overview: Ideate, create, and manage a disruptive brand strategy that resonates with our community, driving growth and innovation across social media, newsletters, activations, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the brand marketing calendar and oversee all marketing activities.
  2. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Social Media Strategy Manager to maximize campaign impact.
  3. Project manage channel strategies, schedules, and deadlines.
  4. Analyze performance data, market trends, and consumer insights to optimize campaigns.
  5. Lead and motivate the marketing team to execute strategies effectively.
  6. Oversee impactful brand activations, including guerrilla marketing, events, and OOH campaigns.
  7. Manage PR coverage and influencer gifting aligned with brand vision.
  8. Support team development and foster a collaborative environment.
  9. Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Passion for the brand and understanding of its mission.
  • 5+ years in a similar role.
  • 3+ years managing a team.
  • Strategic, creative, and analytical thinker.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of key marketing channels.
  • Experience with guerrilla marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
