Lloyds Banking Group’s BMX internship offers a 360° view of how marketing builds value by turning insights into campaigns and experiences that reach millions of customers. You’ll gain hands-on experience across Insights, Planning & Effectiveness, Group Brands & B2B, Experience Design, and Consumer Marketing.

Based in Bristol, Edinburgh or London, the scheme uses a hybrid model with colleagues spending at least two days per week in the office, and provides on-the-job training across brand,

Qualifications

• Be in your penultimate year at university.
• We cannot sponsor visas.
• Creativity, curiosity, and a genuine interest in marketing and customer experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn new digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Turn customer insight and data into ideas and opportunities.
• Help create campaigns and experiences seen by millions of customers.
• Work alongside strategists, designers, data specialists, technologists and agency partners to bring ideas to life.
• Testing, learning and optimising activity to improve customer and commercial outcomes.
• Exploring how new technology and AI can help us create smarter, more relevant experiences.
