Job description

The Brand Marketing Executive will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our brand’s reputation within the competitive luxury hotel market.

The primary responsibility of the Brand Marketing Executive is to work closely with the Associate Director of Brand Marketing Services to create marketing assets, develop marketing materials and tools, establish the brand tone, and collaborate with hotel and sales teams to implement strategies aligned with our brand identity and goals. Additionally, the role involves working with other marketing departments (Digital, PR, CRM) on selected projects as agreed with Brand Marketing Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertising: Assist in creative development, media planning, campaign analysis, proofreading, and dispatching materials to publications.
  • Branding: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, maintain brand guidelines, and keep the Marketing Assets drive and Media Centre website updated.
  • Market Intelligence: Support research projects, identify target audiences and market opportunities, monitor competitors, and prepare quarterly reports.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop new marketing materials, coordinate updates and reprints, oversee translations and copywriting, and assist with quarterly audits.
  • Photography and Film: Assist with production processes, manage marketing assets, and oversee content updates in systems like Vimeo, Dropbox, and the Leonardo Online Image Library.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage website library and PDF updates for digital brochures.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting brand-related events.
  • Support internal marketing efforts by managing content on Fortissimo website.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in marketing or brand coordination, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Creative mindset with engaging content development skills.
  • Organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
