International Brand Manager – Europe & Africa

London (Hybrid) | £50,000 + Bonus | 2-Year Fixed Term Contract

Are you passionate about building brands across international markets? Do you have experience in digital-led marketing campaigns and want to play a key role in driving growth across Europe and Africa?

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing global consumer goods company, renowned for a portfolio of leading health, beauty, and personal care brands. With a strong presence in both established and emerging markets, the business is driven by innovation, performance, and a bold ambition for international expansion.

This is an exciting opportunity to join their high-performing Europe & Africa team as an International Brand Manager, supporting a diverse Mass portfolio including brands in personal care, oral care, and beauty.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the brand champion for multiple well-known consumer brands across the E&A region.
• Leading the development of integrated 360° marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on digital and content strategy.
• Partnering with creative and media agencies to localise campaigns and maximise impact in regional markets.
• Supporting distributors with brand strategy, marketing planning, and in-market activation.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with UK and international marketing, sales, and product development teams.
• Driving new product launches tailored to regional demand and customer insight.
• Representing the brand at trade shows and distributor meetings across the region.

What we're looking for:

• A commercially minded marketer with international experience (EMEA exposure preferred).
• Proven track record of developing and executing digital-first brand campaigns.
• Background in FMCG, beauty, or consumer healthcare.
• Experience working with distributors and/or managing agency relationships.
• Knowledge of trade marketing and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Confident, resilient, and enthusiastic about taking ownership and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role.
