Qualifications

• Customer-focused retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of store KPIs by delivering sales at target levels set by store management.
• Consistently deliver a great brand experience and use product knowledge to inform customers.
• Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house areas to uphold high brand and retail standards.
• Put stock away in the correct places and keep stockroom aisles clear.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times as trained.
• Represent the Clarks brand at all times.
