Job summary

Clarks is hiring a Sales Team Member to join one of our UK stores and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will help achieve store KPIs, provide excellent customer service, and promote the Clarks brand through knowledge of current products and in-store merchandising.

The role emphasizes delivering brand standards, health and safety compliance, and maintaining high standards both on the shop floor and in the stockroom.

Qualifications

• Achieve store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels.
• Deliver a great brand experience with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintain high retail standards front and back of house.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times.
• Represent the Clarks brand with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities
