Job summary

Irwin Mitchell LLP is seeking a Brand Executive to join our Business Development & Marketing team in the UK. You will support the delivery of brand campaigns, communications activity and governance across the firm, gaining exposure to a broad range of brand and communications work.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will coordinate brand projects, maintain assets, assist with internal communications and ensure brand guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Experience in marketing, brand or communications environment, including graduate roles or internships.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when handling brand materials.
• Clear verbal and written communication with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across brand projects and internal communications.
• Organise brand assets, templates and collateral, ensuring consistent storage and sharing.
• Assist with content scheduling, formatting materials and coordinating approvals.
• Act as first point of contact for brand asset requests and access to tools.
• Update brand systems, trackers and records to keep information current.
• Support briefing, proofreading and version control of brand and communications materials.
• Coordinate timelines, meetings and updates to support brand campaigns.
