Job summary

MCS Group are recruiting a Brand Executive for a leading manufacturer in the Cookstown area. You will work with the Senior Marketing team to plan, deliver and execute brand initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns.

This role requires a dynamic marketing professional with B2B experience, capable of managing campaigns, creating compelling content, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies. A strong focus on CRM, email marketing and social media is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• Recent experience in marketing or brand-focused role, ideally in manufacturing or construction.
• Demonstrable experience managing social media channels and coordinating campaigns.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
• Ability to grasp technical information and communicate clearly and engagingly.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of integrated brand and marketing campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
• Develop creative concepts, messaging and visual content from idea to final implementation.
• Coordinate video and CGI projects including briefs, scripts, production and editing.
• Develop technical and promotional literature, coordinating copywriting, photography, design, production and distribution.
• Support advertising campaigns, including messaging, creative approval and media placement.
• Organise and coordinate events, exhibitions and promotional displays.
• Develop and manage social media channels with content planning.
• Support PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Display and remarketing channels.
• Plan and coordinate email marketing and alert activity.
• Support product launch strategies and ongoing product marketing.
• Utilise CRM to enhance customer communications.
• Manage external agencies and suppliers to meet budgets and deadlines.
