Job summary

Albert Bow Limited in London is seeking a hands-on Brand Designer to build a distinctive, scalable brand from the ground up. You’ll work directly with leadership to develop campaigns across digital, social, outdoor, events and product launches.

The role offers creative ownership, collaboration with founding team and meaningful equity, with a focus on typography, layout and visual storytelling. You will shape the brand as it scales in a fast-growing AI startup.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in brand design, art direction or a creative agency.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating original concepts and exceptional execution.
• Excellent typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling skills.
• High proficiency in Figma.
• Motion design experience would be a plus.
• Confidence presenting ideas and explaining creative decisions.
• Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup.
• A desire to stay hands-on and take ownership of your work.

Responsibilities

• Develop original campaign concepts that communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Help shape and evolve the company’s visual identity.
• Deliver creative across digital, social, outdoor, events and launch campaigns.
• Create compelling layouts, typography and visual storytelling.
• Work closely with marketing and leadership to turn business priorities into creative work.
• Build consistent, adaptable design assets as the brand grows.
• Take projects from initial idea through to finished execution.
