Job summary

Confidential in Lichfield is seeking a Marketing and Design Executive to lead the creation of visual content across print and digital channels. You'll own end-to-end design—from brochures and product catalogues to social graphics—ensuring on-brand, high-quality materials that support marketing momentum.

Working with marketing and sales teams, you'll shape campaigns, refresh the brands' online presence, and translate complex product information into engaging materials.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio across digital and print.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, colour and imagery.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while delivering creative ideas.
• Experience creating artwork for print and digital materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, price lists and digital assets.
• Create engaging content to strengthen two brands' identity.
• Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across marketing communications.
• Support digital marketing and social media campaigns.
