Simpson Recruitment Services is seeking a Marketing and Design Executive in Lichfield. You will own design production for two brands, creating brochures, catalogs, promotional graphics and digital assets to strengthen brand identity.

You will manage digital and print content, contribute to online presence, and support broader marketing campaigns with engaging visuals and messaging. A hands-on, creative marketer will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design portfolio across digital and print formats.
• Ability to create professional marketing materials that align with two brands.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Eye for typography, layout, colour, imagery and attention to detail.
• Experience creating content for digital and print channels.
• Capable of translating technical product info into clear marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, product catalogues, price lists, promotional graphics and digital assets.
• Create visually engaging content that strengthens the identity of two brands across digital and print.
• Utilise Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to deliver polished designs for print and digital.
• Maintain consistent branding, layouts and visual standards across all marketing communications.
• Translate technical product information into clear, attractive marketing materials.
• Contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns, launches and promotions.
• Design and publish engaging content across platforms for multiple brands.
• Develop social media campaigns with strong visuals and clear messaging.
• Create and manage advertising campaigns to support brand awareness, leads and sales.
• Update company websites with accurate content and imagery.
• Ensure messaging is cohesive across website, social media and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with sales to develop materials and ensure leads are shared within 24 hours.
• Support wider marketing projects and contribute ideas.
