Job summary

Valarian in London is seeking a Brand Design Lead to define and execute our visual and product design strategy, elevating how our frontier AI is experienced by government agencies, enterprise partners, and end users alike.

This hands-on role involves shaping the UI/UX of the Acra platform, crafting a distinct visual identity across our digital presence, collateral, and marketing touchpoints, and mentoring junior designers as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex digital products (SaaS, enterprise platforms, or deep tech).
• Strong brand/visual design capabilities and ability to craft cohesive identity.

Responsibilities

• Define & evolve brand identity across mediums including visual assets and collateral.
• Build design systems and tokens bridging product design and marketing.
• Translate complex cryptographic concepts into usable visual solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, BD, and Leadership to align design with strategy.
• Create data visualisations and dashboards that are clear and actionable.
