Job summary

Refractal, a UK-based AI security company, is seeking a product design lead to shape the operator console, policy authoring, investigation and audit views. You will craft interfaces that translate dense agent activity and security data into clear, fast workflows.

Partner with engineers to ship a design system in Figma and React, run user research with security analysts and compliance teams, and help define brand visuals. A strong portfolio of shipped B2B or technical products is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design for B2B or technical products, with a portfolio of shipped work linked in your application.
• Strong interaction and visual design, with expert Figma skills in components, variants and prototyping.
• Experience designing data-heavy tools such as dashboards, consoles, and developer or security products.
• Comfort working directly with engineers, with a good grasp of front-end constraints.
• Confident use of AI tools in your own design workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design core workflows, including policy authoring, real-time triage, investigations and audit reporting.
• Turn dense technical data, such as agent activity, detections and evidence, into clear, fast interfaces.
• Build and maintain our design system in Figma, and work with engineers to ship it in React.
• Run research with security analysts, compliance leads and engineers at customer organisations.
• Shape our brand and website visuals with our content and marketing lead.
