Position: Brand Consultant

Work Arrangement: Remote – Occasional travel

Duration: 12 Months

Inside IR35: Yes

Key Skills:

Pharmaceutical experience and leading new brands from start to finish

Role Purpose:

Local Brand Managers or global/regional/local sub-function specialists within a specific marketing sub-function define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.

Major Accountabilities:

• Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans within marketing budgets
• Prepare content for Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams
• Run market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitor/anticipate market development
• Responsible for execution, monitoring, and analysis of tactical plans to ensure brand growth
• Lead cross-functional local/regional brand team, including coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan and monitoring execution of objectives
• Lead development of promotional activities in line with SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines
• Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses; evaluate marketing mix for cost-effectiveness
• Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions
• Execute central and regional marketing activities
• Monitor product performance and external environment, taking corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations

Education & Qualifications:
