Role: Brand Consultant

Location: Remote – Occasional travel

Role Purpose

Local Brand Managers or global/regional/local sub-function specialists within a specific marketing sub-function define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.

Major Accountabilities

• Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans within marketing budgets
• Prepare content for Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams
• Run market research programs & market insights for responsible brands and monitor market development
• Execute, monitor, and analyze tactical plans to ensure brand growth
• Lead cross-functional local/regional brand teams, including coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan and monitoring objectives
• Develop promotional activities in line with SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines
• Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses; evaluate marketing mix for cost-effectiveness
• Identify market insights and opportunities via customer interactions
• Implement central and regional marketing activities
• Monitor product performance and external environment; take corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations

Education & Qualifications

Experience in cross-cultural environments, operations management, execution, and project management skills.
